It’s always better to make an appointment as we can’t examine you over the phone! If you need to speak with your doctor, please leave a message with reception. The doctor or practice nurse will call you back when they are free, but please be aware this might take some time as we will be seeing patients in the practice. Urgent calls will always be put through to the practice nurse who can contact the doctor immediately, if necessary.
If you are having a medical emergency, please call an ambulance on 000, calling us may delay urgently necessary treatment.
Please understand that in many instances, the doctor or nurse will be unable to provide advice over the telephone – wherever possible the patients are encouraged to attend the clinic in person.
Translation services are available – we can provide a telephone interpreter upon request.
Translation services are best booked with 2 weeks notice and require a long consultation.
Phone translation services can be arranged at short notice, however we cannot guarantee availability.
